A subsurface exploration and geotechnical distress evaluation was performed by HSA Engineers and Scientists, as requested by State Farm Florida Insurance Company. It was determined this property does have damage caused by moderate incipient sinkhole conditions.  A recommendation has been made for nineteen grout points, using 200-225 cubic yards of moderate to low slump cement grout to remediate.
